    ASDA Extra Special Goose Fat 220g

    Ingredients Goose Fat (100%) Cooking Guidelines Oven cook - From Ambient: For best results add 20g (1 tablespoon) of goose fat to a roasting tin and place in a preheated oven at 220ºC/425ºF/Fan 200ºC/Gas Mark 7. Heat for approximately 10 minutes until just smoking. Carefully remove the hot tin from the oven add parboiled potato chunks. Baste potatoes with hot fat and return and return to the oven for approximately 45 minutes, turning once during cooking, until golden brown. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
