Cooking Guidelines

Oven cook - From Ambient: For best results add 20g (1 tablespoon) of duck fat to a roasting tin and place in a preheated oven at 220°C/425°F/ Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7. Heat for approximately 10 minutes until just smoking. Carefully remove the hot tin from the oven and add parboiled potatoes. Baste potatoes with hot fat and return to the oven for approximately 45 minutes, turning once during cooking, until golden brown. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
