    For wonderfully flavoursome and crisp roast potatoes. Responsibly sourced from free range geese. Cooking Guidelines Oven cook - From Ambient: 220°C / 425°F / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 / 55 mins For best results add 20g (1 tablespoon) of goose fat to a roasting tin and place in a preheated oven. Heat for approximately 10 minutes until just smoking. Carefully remove the hot tin from the oven add parboiled potato chunks. Baste potatoes with hot fat and return to the oven for approximately 45 minutes, turning once during cooking, until golden brown. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
