British Groceries began with a founder who moved to the Philippines and could not find the things he grew up with. What started as boxes for friends is now a proper importer, delivering nationwide.
Our story
You do not notice how particular you are about food until you cannot get it. Then it turns out that only one brand of tea will do, and no local substitute is close.
Our founder settled in the Philippines and hit exactly that. A handful of British products turned up in specialist shops at unpredictable prices, and the rest simply were not here. Friends started asking him to add things to his own orders from home. Then friends of friends.
British Groceries came out of that. We buy on the UK market, ship properly rather than in suitcases, have our freight forwarders clear customs and settle duties before anything reaches you, and hold stock in a Manila warehouse so orders go out on our regular shipping days instead of waiting weeks for a shipment to land.
The range has grown well past sauces. Tea, biscuits, tinned goods, baking ingredients, household brands and seasonal ranges at Christmas. If enough people ask for something, we find a way to bring it in.
Nobody should have to choose between living somewhere new and eating the food they grew up with.

Held in our own warehouse, checked and dated. We ship twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Door to door: Metro Manila 3–5 days, provinces 5 days.

The price you see includes what you pay. Delivery is calculated before checkout, never added afterwards, and free over ₱ 4,800.
Real stock
If the site says it is in stock, it is in the warehouse. We do not take orders for things we have to source afterwards.
